Key Responsibilities:
Lead the OT strategy within the organization, including writing procedures and translating them into practical implementation
Map the current situation, identify gaps and opportunities, and plan improvement initiatives
Oversee and track the implementation of work plans at our plants
Manage organizational knowledge in the OT field and build annual budgets while adhering to deadlines
Draw conclusions and improve projects based on lessons learned
Requirements:
Degree in Control Engineering or Information Systems
At least 5 years of experience leading or managing OT in an industrial company
Experience with PLCs, industrial communication protocols, and HMI/SCADA systems
Familiarity with Allen Bradley and Siemens controllers
Experience in designing OT infrastructure and integrating equipment into OT environments
Orientation towards Information Systems – a significant advantage
Degree in Control Engineering or Information Systems
