Your role:
Oversee  SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Compensation, and Time Off.
Collaborate with the HR team to optimize processes and monitor service delivery.
Partner with IT,  ERP, and Finance teams to integrate  HRIS with other systems, ensuring process efficiency and  data security.
Perform  system testing and coordinate upgrades and maintenance activities.
Conduct  data cleansing within HR systems to maintain  data integrity.
Ensure secure end-user access within HR platforms, maintaining  data confidentiality.
Guide internal stakeholders on  system and process topics for  SAP SuccessFactors.
Contribute to various projects led by the HR division as needed.
Skills:
A bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
At least 1 year of experience with cloud-based SaaS  HRIS applications (e.g., SuccessFactors, Workday, iTrent).
You demonstrate technical proficiency in information systems, databases, and reporting tools.
You are knowledgeable about HR processes and best practices.
You possess excellent problem-solving skills, effectively managing multiple tasks and priorities.
You are fluent in both Hebrew and English, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
You are highly trustworthy and maintain discretion with sensitive information.
A major advantage if:
You have 1+ years of experience with  SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central) or a similar platform (e.g., Workday,  Oracle HCM).
You hold an  SAP SuccessFactors Certification.
You have experience in delivering technical changes using recognized methodologies.
