You will be a part of a group of in-house lawyers and the projects and cases you take on test you to think big and differently. You will collaborate on initiatives that influence all aspects of the business and work with our companyrs from all over the company. You will assess legal risks and advise on a variety of products. You will assist in the defense of litigation matters and regulatory investigations, you will support a range of products and business areas within our company, and will be working for clients in our company offices throughout Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) and the United States. You will pay close attention to detail. An understanding of our company's business, and the ability to think quickly and practically are essential attributes for this job.

Requirements:
Minimum qualifications:
JD, LL.B., equivalent degree, or equivalent practical experience.
3 years of attorney-level experience in government, in-house, or at a law firm.
Admitted to the bar and in good standing or otherwise authorized to practice law (e.g., have registered in-house status) in the state in which the position is located.
Ability to communicate in English and Hebrew fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience working with technology companies, on litigation, product and regulatory-related issues with the understanding of technical issues.
Experience with project management and effective cross-functional teamwork.
Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects.
Ability to work on their own with minimal administrative support.
Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to be action-oriented and seek to meet the high standards of integrity.
Excellent time management, problem-solving, communication and investigative skills.
