3+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on networking technologies.
Strong understanding of network acceleration: TCP optimization, RoCE/RDMA, DPDK, eBPF, etc.
Experience with Network virtualization (hypervisor, VM switching, etc.)
Self-driven, can do attitude, ability to make sense-of and achieve good progress-with ambiguous requirements
Excellent communication / inter-personal skills and ability to collaborate with other teams
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
Open Source Software Contributor to relevant projects (OvS, DPDK, Linux Kernel..)
Experience with performance analysis of large scale cloud based application system.
Experience with advanced HW offload features (OvS, Security, etc.) over SmartNics
Ability to integrate innovations with current products.
