Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of user acquisition managers, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
Take full ownership of user acquisition campaigns across Google (including Search and Display) and Social platforms (such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.), ensuring strategy, execution, and performance meet company goals.
Develop and execute user acquisition strategies to drive customer growth and ROI.
Oversee campaign planning, optimization, and performance analysis across multiple channels, including paid search, display, social, and affiliate networks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, business development, and analytics, to align acquisition strategies with company goals.
Monitor and manage budgets to ensure optimal allocation of resources and performance.
1+ years of managerial experience in a performance marketing or user acquisition role.
Proven track record in leading successful performance marketing campaigns with a strong ROI focus.
Proficiency in analytics platforms (BI, Google Analytics, etc.), and ad platforms (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok, etc.).
In-depth understanding of user acquisition funnels, customer behavior, and retention strategies.
Experience working in or with product companies, with knowledge of growth strategies tailored to tech-based products.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
