The opportunity
As the HR Operations PMO, you will play a pivotal role in the People Services transformation journey. You’ll spend your day orchestrating global initiatives that elevate the function’s impact—such as leveraging People Services activities, implementing new technologies, expanding service responsibilities, and driving process optimization. You’ll work closely with local HR teams across countries to co-design and manage a unified transformation plan that aligns with strategic priorities. How you’ll spend your day
•    Plan and coordinate all activities related to the HR Operations transformation, ensuring timely execution of key deliverables•    Develop a comprehensive project plan outlining country-specific activities while consolidating a global roadmap and outcomes•    Collaborate with global HR COEs and local HR teams to ensure alignment with enterprise-wide HR processes•    Facilitate communication, collaboration, and knowledge sharing across all stakeholders•    Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth implementation
