We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Technology Recruiting Sales Manager specializing in outside sales.
As a Technology Recruiting Sales Manager, you will be responsible for sales activities related to outsourcing and technology recruitment. This position involves a mix of in-office and outside activities, including client meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment of new customers to the company.
2. Developing and expanding cooperation with existing companies while maximizing opportunities for cooperation and increasing the volume of activity.
3. Metrical management of the recruitment and analysis team focusing on and accomplishing team goals.
4. Independent recruitment and HO work.
5. Learning and training – contribution to the transfer of new knowledge to the organization
