We're hiring a Senior Core Engineer passionate about technology, performance, and scalability. The ideal candidate has deep experience with multitenant environments, high-scale distributed systems, and handling large transaction volumes. Youll lead performance improvements across the stackfrom architecture to productionincluding design, configuration, coding, and deployment.
Responsibilities:
Design and implement scalable, high-performance solutions
Use monitoring and testing tools to diagnose and resolve issues
Promote coding standards and mentor other engineers

Requirements:
– Bilingual (native English + Hebrew both verbal and written)
– Sales and Biz Dev experience (in Professional Services is a plus)
– Previous legal services experience and knowledge is a plus
– Experience in Israeli hi-tech is a plus
