Lead end-to-end development of scalable, cloud-based web applications
Work closely with founders to define architecture and technology strategy
Build and maintain features across both frontend and backend
Work in a Windows development environment
Ensure code quality, system reliability, and maintainability
Take part in cloud infrastructure planning, monitoring
managing and maintaining servers
Full-time, On-site

Requirements:
5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer
Degree in Software Engineering/ Computer Science
Hands-on experience with JAVA development
Strong experience with JavaScript and React for frontend development
Proven experience with Node.js on the backend
Hands-on experience with MongoDB, including writing SQL queries
Familiarity with AWS cloud infrastructure architecture, maintenance, and scalability
Comfortable working with Git
Excellent problem-solving skills, team player, and independent thinker
Experience with server management and maintenance is required.
Prior experience as a Tech Lead or in team management
Knowledge and best practices in web security and data protection
Experience with cloud cost optimization and monitoring tools
