In charge of the Maintenance of the followings:

Electrical systems and infrastructures, high voltage and low voltage
Air conditioning systems
UPS and Generator
Telephone exchanges
Telephony Network
Control systems
Fire detection and extinguishing system
Emergency equipment
Elevators
