2+ years of experience in a marketing analysis, business analysis, or data analytics role.
Strong proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Google Analytics, Tableau).
Knowledge of marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, salesforce, Meta Ads, Google Ads).
Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Ability to translate data into clear, compelling insights.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience with statistical software (e.g., R, Python ).
Knowledge of A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and KPIs.
