Design of precise motion systems, intended for use in a complex multidisciplinary environment.
Responsible for product design from spec definition phase to transfer to production.
Establish processes procedures to ensure professional excellence and timely and high-quality deliverables.
Develop the team to master the company core technology and become highly capable and agile.
Use proactivity and technical expertise to identify opportunities in the marketplace and improvement opportunities in the companys activities.
Work closely with Operations and Sales Departments.

B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering.
2+ years of experience as a team manager with multidiscipline knowledge and capabilities
Soft skills ability to create an engaging relationship, strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, leadership qualities.
High level of technical knowledge
