Operations Specialist Education Services (Maternity Leave Replacement)
Location: Hybrid | Temporary position Were looking for an experienced Operations Specialist to join a global Field Operations organization for a maternity leave replacement. This role plays a key part in supporting internal teams, partners, and customers within a growing Education Services group. Youll manage day-to-day operations across learning systems, online platforms, customer support, logistics, and documentation. What youll be doing:
Provide operational support for enterprise learning management systems (LMS), including course/cohort/user management, troubleshooting, and enforcing best practices. Deliver high-quality customer support across LMS, Academy, ILTs, and other education platforms. Manage operations of the online training store including purchases, products, vouchers, troubleshooting, and content updates. Support certification program logistics coupon creation, badging, online store maintenance, and page updates. Perform salesforce.com tasks training requests, quotes, contacts, lead queues, and support cases. Coordinate with vendors and developers. Handle logistics for instructor-led training invitations, account setup, welcome emails, moderation, surveys, etc. Build and update digital sales kits using an internal asset management tool. Maintain and manage SharePoint sites for internal resources.

Experience in the tech industry. 3+ years in similar operational roles (LMS, e-commerce, CRMgreenTxtBg!). Fast learner with the ability to work across multiple teams in a matrixed organization. High attention to detail and a drive for delivering high-quality output. Strong troubleshooting skills and independent problem-solving ability. Excellent English communication skills written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint. Availability to work 23 evenings per week (~68pm). Nice to have:
Experience managing training activities for customers or partners. Familiarity with LMS platforms such as Moodle and Brainshark. Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms (WordPress/WooCommerce). Professional experience working with salesforce.com and SharePoint.
