With the rapid growth of our Performance Marketing division, we are expanding our team and looking for a PPC Team Lead to drive the bwin brands paid search strategy across Spain, Germany, Austria, Belgium, and Portugal.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead a high-budget, multi-market PPC operation, working closely with the Head of Search, Analytics, and Strategy leaders to craft data-driven marketing strategies that maximize performance and efficiency. This is an exciting chance to take ownership of large-scale multi-million-dollar campaigns and play a key role in shaping the future of bwins paid search initiatives.

Responsibilities
Lead & develop a high-performance PPC team, providing mentorship and strategic direction.
Define and execute scalable search marketing strategies across multiple brands and regions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UA, Product, Data & Analytics) to maximize ROAS.
Manage & optimize large-scale paid search campaigns across Google, Microsoft, and Apple Ads.
Leverage data-driven insights to enhance bidding strategies, audience targeting, and conversion funnels.
Analyze & track key PPC KPIs to drive continuous performance improvements.
Run A/B tests & experimentation to maximize engagement and efficiency.
Identify & implement automation tools to improve search marketing effectiveness.
