Product Design Manager
As the Product Design Manager for the Cross-Platform team at our company, you will play a key leadership role in shaping the design vision and strategy across all products. Youll be responsible for building and leading a high-performing design team, driving innovation, and creating a seamless and consistent user experience across web and mobile platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Inspire, hire, lead, mentor, and manage a small team of talented product designers.
Define clear design goals, team responsibilities, and contribute to the product roadmap.
Lead cross-organizational initiatives such as the design system and other cross-product workflows.
Combine creative thinking with strategic execution to elevate the design impact across the company.
Build a strong design culture and develop end-to-end product design processes.
Master Figma and other design system tools and technologies to empower the team and ensure consistency.
Drive innovation and continuously push the boundaries of user experience and design excellence.
Establish and communicate a unified product design vision across all of our companys platforms.
Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineers to define, design, and deliver exceptional user experiences.
Develop a user-focused, strategically driven design team with a culture of collaboration, creativity, and continuous learning.
Provide mentorship and career growth opportunities to team members, fostering professional development.
Be a domain expert, deeply understanding customer needs and product capabilities.
Collaborate with executive stakeholders to align design initiatives with business priorities and the overall product roadmap.
Drive measurable outcomes by using metrics, research, and data-informed design strategies.
Lead an end-to-end UX processfrom ideation, wireframing, and prototyping to user testing and final delivery.
Translate customer pain points into impactful design solutions across a complex B2B platform and mobile app experience.

Requirements:
8+ years of relevant design experience, including 4+ years managing design teams.
Proven track record designing complex B2B systems for web and mobile applications.
Strong experience defining and driving creative direction and design vision across multiple projects, ensuring consistency and innovation throughout.
Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., Interaction Design, Visual Communication, Graphic Design, etc.).
Strategic thinker who simplifies complex challenges into elegant solutions.
Comfortable being hands-on when needed, while also serving as a coach to others.
Experienced in collaborating with multiple development teams; familiarity with HTML and CSS is a plus.
Fluent in spoken and written English, with excellent communication skills.
Strong collaboration skills and ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, including UX researchers, product managers, and engineers.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Has a portfolio that demonstrates a high standard of visual design, product thinking, and design leadership.
Experience leading or contributing to a design system team is a strong advantage.
