Collaborate closely with Design, Engineering, Marketing, and Leadership to launch high-impact features.
Set clear KPIs, rigorously track outcomes, and optimize post-launch performance.

Excellent prioritization skills, balancing user needs, technical realities, and business goals.
Hands-on experience working with agile teams (sprint planning, grooming, backlog management).
Outstanding communication, storytelling, and collaboration skills.
Passion for gaming and deep understanding of gaming culture and communities.
Strong analytical thinking, ownership mentality, and proactive problem-solving mindset.

Experience working with video platforms, content creation tools, or community-driven products.
Hands-on development experience.
Experience surviving roadmap ambushes, suppressing feature creep uprisings, and fixing espresso machines.
