Required Product Manager – Policy Protect
About the Role:
As the Product Manager for our Policy Protect solution, you will play a major role in our mission to detect and prevent eCommerce policy abuse. Policy Protect uses advanced machine learning to show merchants in real-time which orders, claims, and customers are trustworthy and profitableand which ones arent.
In this role, youll collaborate closely with engineering and data science teams to build new machine learning models and maintain high accuracy of the existing models.
Youll focus on advancing the analytical capabilities of our product, ensuring the robustness and scalability of the analysis flow. By aligning strategic direction with our goals and working on strategic opportunities, youll ensure that the analytical performance of Policy Protect is top-notch. Youll balance technical constraints with business needs in the product roadmap, contributing to continuous improvement and growth.
What You'll Be Doing:
Collaborate with data science teams to build new and maintain high accuracy of the existing machine learning models for detecting refunds and returns abuse. Define and monitor KPIs to measure model performance and product effectiveness.
Ensure the robustness and scalability of the analysis flow by working closely with engineering teams to identify and address any gaps that could compromise analysis quality. Oversee the implementation of solutions that enhance the reliability of our analytical processes.
Push new sales opportunities forward by meeting with prospects, merchants, and potential partners. Understand their challenges, coordinate actions internally and evolve the product to solve pressing merchant needs.
Drive product development by prioritizing and managing the product backlog, ensuring we solve critical challenges related to policy abuse and deliver value to our merchants.

Requirements:
4+ Years of Product Management Experience: Demonstrated experience in product management, focusing on technical and data-driven products.
Technical and Data Science Knowledge: Proficiency in understanding and working with machine learning models, preferably with experience in fraud detection or e-commerce analytics.
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret and leverage data to drive product decisions, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
Communication Skills: Fluent in spoken and written English, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience with eCommerce, FinTech, Online Payments, Fraud – an advantage
Fast learner with strong interpersonal and communication skills; you must have excellent English verbal and written communication skills
Experience with large-scale, cloud-based solutions
BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
